We are delighted to announce our 2020/2021 academic year Supervised Study plans. Taking into account all Covid-19 health and safety guidelines, we will be running our Supervised Study in a new “normal” way.
Due to social distancing guidelines, our capacity is reduced by over 50% which means our spaces are more limited than ever before. Some of our changes are as follows:
- Students must sanitise hands upon entry to the room.
- Students will be assigned a desk and this will be their desk for the duration of the study.
- One way systems will be in operation throughout the building.
- Face coverings will be in line with guidelines set out by the Department of Education and Science.

Monthly: €120 per month
- Access Monday – Saturday
- Access to study halls free of charge by day with prior booking. Pre-booking now required for day study before 4pm.
- Access to Sunday study from January.
- Option to cancel at any time, however, your place will not be guaranteed on return.
- Holiday Study for Half price if that month is paid for, if booking the full week.
** If there are 2 or more from the one family, we charge €100 per month per student.
Yearly Fee: €800
- Access Monday – Saturday.
- Access to Sunday study from January.
- 33 weeks included from Monday 31st August 2020 to Sunday 30th May 2021.
- Yearly fees give you access to holiday study for Half Price, if booking the full week.
- Access to study halls free of charge by day with prior booking. Pre-booking now required for day study before 4pm.
- June Study will be given for free.
Two Term Fee
- September to December – €400 (15 weeks)
- January to May- €500 (18 weeks) but we will also give June for free.
- Term fees give you access to holiday study for Half Price, if booking the full week.
- Access to study halls free of charge by day with prior booking. Pre-booking now required for day study before 4pm
** If there are 2 or more from the one family, €50 discount will be given off each term, per student.
Saturday Package – Monthly
- €50 per month
- Access to study hall every Saturday from 9.00-5.30pm
- Access to all Saturdays, except for the 26th December and 2nd January.
Saturday Package – Termly
- Saturday Pack Sept to Dec- €160 (16 Saturdays)
- Saturday Pack Jan to May – €210 (21 Saturdays)
- Access to all Saturdays, except for the 26th December and 2nd January.
**Students who book the January to May Term will get the June Saturdays for free.
Saturday Daily-
- €15 per Saturday. However, please note that Saturday Daily Study places cannot be guaranteed as our Termly/Yearly students will be guaranteed their space.
**NO SATURDAY exclusions except closure for 2 over Christmas- Saturday 26th December 2020 and Saturday. 2nd January 2021.
Weekly Evening
- Monday to Friday – €30
- Monday to Thursday 4.00pm-9.30pm.
- Fridays we will be closed at 9.00pm.
- No refunds are given for days absent
Evening Monday-Friday Daily Rate:
- €5 for 1 session and €8 for 2 or more sessions
Sunday Package Commencing Sunday 10th Jan. 2021:
- €15 per Sunday
- €210 for the term January-May, June also included free of charge.
Refunding Policy:
- Fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable with the exception of closure by the Government.
- In the event of closure by the Government due to another wave of COVID-19, fees will be refunded as per refund scale below:
- €15 for FULL week of closure if on the Half Term/Yearly Packages commencing the following week.
- No refund on the weekly fee.
- €8 per Saturday if on the Saturday Package during the closure.
- €8 per Sunday if on the Sunday Package during the closure.
- Fees will be refunded within 1 month of closure
**These rates do not apply if a discount was applied for 2 or more members from one family. The discount given will be part of the refund.
Holiday periods are excluded from all packages, except the Saturday Packs who will get all their Saturdays per month.
