Catriona

I graduated from the University of Limerick in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Education. My passion for Science led me to complete a PhD in Cancer Biology at the University of Limerick between 2012 and 2016. During this time, I continued to teach at Kilmartin Educational Services on a weekly basis; allowing me to retained a strong knowledge of the leaving certificate biology curriculum and exam structure. Currently, I am a full time lecturer in Biomedical Science at the School of Medicine in the University of Limerick; allowing me to combine my love of teaching and my passion for science. I have a strong scientific background and I utilise this to deliver effective and logical material to leaving certificate students. This approach ensures they receive an excellent understanding of the biology material. My teaching is also fun and enjoyable!!!
